    60-minute full body sessions, ages 13-17. (Max 6 people/class)

    Full body sessions with a primary focus in functional strength and conditioning. The “small group” aspect will allow participants to receive 1-on-1 feedback to ensure you feel comfortable with each movement.

    **Participants safety and longevity is #1 priority during these sessions. They will be taught and coached carefully on proper form and movement mechanics to ensure long term development.

    60-minute full body sessions, ages 18+. (Max 6 people/class)
