Online Coaching
Personalized Programming designed to reach your individual goals and needs.
Programs include weekly virtual check-ins for continuous support and guidance.
3-5 days/week options.

Hybrid
Weekly or Bi-weekly personal training sessions + online programming.
Work one-on-one 1-4x/month to receive real time feedback and motivation while working independently on your goals with online programming until our next session.

Personal Training
60-minute one-on-one sessions designed specifically to work towards your goals.
Experience face to face connection to receive feedback, cues and support.
*Any session may be changed to “semi-personal/2-on-1”, you must have 2 people interested.

Small Group Classes
60-minute full body sessions for . (Max 6 people/class)
Full body sessions with a primary focus in functional strength and conditioning. The “small group” aspect will allow participants to receive 1-on-1 feedback to ensure you feel comfortable with each movement.
**No experience needed. This class is for anyone who is looking to level up their overall strength and fitness.

Step #2:
Receive YOUR Program VIA mobile app.
After your consultation your Trainer will begin designing your custom program. (suited specifically to your goals, abilities, time and equipment available)
Your Trainer will provide your program conveniently to you through the member exclusive app. You will have access to instructional video for each exercise.
Step #1:
Book a consultation.
During your consultation we will discuss exactly what you are looking to get out of working with T4L.
Step #3:
Begin Training & Receive on-going support.
Once you begin training, you are not on you own! You will check-in weekly with your coach via in the app.
